We received a feedback note from John William Templeton Executive Editor at BlackMoney.com related to blog posting about $32 million that was appropriated to the Minority Business Development Association by the Obama administration. The post expresses concern that, though a positive move in the right direction, the money budgeted to assist the more than 1.2 million black businesses that exist in the United States will not go far enough toward providing MBDA with the needed federal contract compliance tools and resources to evaulate and implement best practices that ensure equity for African-American businesses in federal contract procurement initiatives.
