People with goals often know that there is usually one major factor that holds us all back: ourselves. To that end, self-help and motivational literature has become increasingly abundant at the bookstore and online. An exciting development for entrepreneurs in 2010 is the increasing movement of self-help concepts to online tools.

One such tool is Habitforge, a site designed around the premise that it takes 21 days to break a habit. You create an attainable goal, such as “don’t eat junk food”. The program will then email you daily to check on your progress–starting you over if you don’t meet the goal. Twenty one days later…you’re cured!

Thanks to the fine folks at BlackWeb 2.0 for turning Hustletown onto this tool, definitely link there for a full review.
