Black Writers Reunion & Conference Hits Atlanta for 10th Annual Event

Black Writers Reunion and Conference is a national touring conference offering tools and workshops to African Americans, from the aspiring to the seasoned writer. The 2010 conference will celebrate ten years of programming on June 23-26th in Atlanta, where the conference originated.

BWRC is offering a comprehensive workshop schedule sure to provide something for every writing professional. Some workshop topics include Dialogue and Style, Marketing the Write Way, Quit Your Day Job, and Profiting from Poetry. See a full schedule of the topics included here.

There are many more offerings to this year’s BWRC, including writing competitions, scholarships, and keynote speakers. The event looks to be a remarkable networking opportunity for those serious about a career in writing.     Should be a great conference–are you planning on attending? You might even consider being a presenter in future conferences given your experience and marketing savvy.
