CBC Protests Lack of Federal Spending for Black Businesses

The Congressional Black Caucus members of the Finance Committee have been boycotting meetings based on their disappointment with the lack of spending allocated to black businesses including advertising firms and newspapers. With the lack of credit and capital available to business owners in so many communities where unemployment is high and consumer spending low, CBC members are taking a stand for fairness and equity for both Wall Street and Main Street urban communities.
